Max AI Dating Coach is a subscription-based web application that provides AI-powered dating advice, conversation starters, profile generation, and coaching. The service is provided "as is" and is intended for personal use only.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Weekly plan at $7.99 USD per week
• Monthly plan at $24.99 USD per month (includes 3-day free trial)
• Yearly plan at $199.00 USD per year (includes 3-day free trial)

Subscriptions are processed through Whop or DigiStore24. You will be charged at the start of each billing period. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to the service please contact us at support@rizzosai.com and we will work to resolve it promptly.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Max AI Dating Coach to:

• Harass, deceive, or harm other people
• Generate content that is abusive, discriminatory, or illegal
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service
• Share your account credentials with others

6. AI Content Disclaimer

Max AI Dating Coach uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and advice. The content provided is for entertainment and general guidance purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from using the service. Always use your own judgement when applying dating advice.
